Concrete Jungle by Bronx Brewery – a Chicha-style beer

Hello my name is Martin, and i will wear this name tag if i get two free beer tokens and pizza. Had to chat to some guy called Kalim from Poland with a Welsh accent (8 years in Wrexham would you believe).

My first Chicha-style beer. Chicha beer is typically made from corn/maize and is common in the Andes.

The underlying malted corn comes through a bit strong and takes away from the other flavours. Concrete Jungle is a limited edition brew, might not get another run – this one is not for me.
