Edinburgh Castle. Not being a whisky drinker (we’re in Scotland after all), I was feeling left out so went for the Auld Fashioned whisky cocktail at Edinburgh Castle.
Mudded sugar and bitters, a Edinburgh Castle 10yr Malt and some orange zest. No ice. Very sweet, but took the edge off enough I could handle it.
Probably not intended to be paired with the haggis bon bons!
