Goodbye travels, next stop home!

We have finally made it to the last night on trip and we’re staying in this really cool hotel, it has a roof top pool, we get free high tea, we’ve already said goodbye to Q and A ( Q = Quinn & A = Amelia). Yes there’s a lot to talk about so let’s slow it down and start from the beginning of today.

We woke up very very early to go to the Cu Chi tunnels which was really good.

I hid in the tunnels. Not hard to disappear.

Check out the booby traps.

We also went into the underground tunnels that got smaller and smaller and Dad only made it 15m in before coming up for air! We learnt that the VC wore back-to-front sandals to confuse the Yanks and ate some tapioca.

After that we went back to the hotel then said goodbye to the girls 😦

Then we walked a couple of blocks and we were at our new hotel! When we got to the hotel, our room wasn’t ready so we got into our swimmers and hopped straight into the pool! Then we went to a fancy high tea and it was delicious! After that we checked into our rooms and saw that we had a spa bath and a weird heated toilet. After that I started writing this blog, then tonight we are going out to a last night of tour fancy dinner .

My favourite things on tour:

America – Disney World, Universal Studios, Coney Island

Paris – Food, sights

England – friends, family

Scotland/Shetland – Betty and Gifford’s roast dinner

Ireland – the heat, the accent

Portugal – family, Phillipinos, heat.

Amsterdam – Anne Frank Museum, bikes, small cars

Germany – jibberish to me, Cochem wine festival

Greece – my favourite country, everything!

United Arab Emirates – Dubai chocolate, learning how to play Roblox

Vietnam – motorbikes, heat and that i’m a really really tall kid there

We have travelled all around the World and are almost home. This has been a great experience and I would just like to say Thank you. Thank you to all the people who let us stay and Thank you to mum and Dad for taking me around the World.

Thank You from Daisy

Daisy that’s another great blog. We have loved reading them and will miss them when you get home. I expect you will be glad to be home but it will seem odd staying in one place!! But you will have so many memories. And I’m so glad you remembered to say thanks to Mum & Dad. They worked hard to make such a trip become a reality.

Have a safe journey and call us soon. Xx

Another great blog Daisy. No way would I go into those tunnels, I wouldn’t fit anyway. We’re glad you enjoyed your trip and have made memories for ever. Have a good trip home and can’t wait to see you all. Love Da and Nanny.
