Hoi An Memories

Written by Daisy

We’re in Hoi An and I’ve got a lot to tell you like the show, the basket boats and much more but let’s start from the beginning.

We arrived in Hoi An and checked into our hotel and then got ready for our walking tour and visited a Chinese temple (Dad had to go through a different entrance to the girls), saw the Japanese bridge and visited a tailor (Dad nearly bought a jacket). After the walking tour we went shopping and went out to dinner. Then we went for a refreshing night swim.

The next day was busy! We started off with a nice morning swim at the An Nang beach then got ready for the cooking class where you make your own dumplings.

Then went to a lantern making class and made our own beautiful lanterns and yes it was tricky. After that we went back to the hotel went for a swim and then saw the Show!!!!!!

The show was called Hoi An Memories* and it was really good! Me, Roxy, Amelia, and Quinn had VIP in the front row seats. The only bad thing about the show was because in Vietnam it’s really hot so we really love air con but the show was outside and it had fire flares – it was really hot!!!!!!!! 😦 waaa.

And finally, we went on the basket boats and that was fun, we caught some crabs and then chucked them in the water and spun around dancing the Gangnam style.

Whoop Gangnam style

Came back went in the pool, wrote this blog and then maybe we’ll go in the pool again or play with Amelia and Quinn then out for a last dinner in Hoi An.

Bye that’s the end
